Elvesys seeks a Digital Growth Hacker to join our creative, daring, multidisciplinary, and multicultural Scientific Marketing Team. You will work collaboratively to create new tools and build long-term, authentic, and engaging strategies to organically grow our business and marketing channels.

 

Role and responsibilities :

  • Hypothesize, prioritize, and test innovative growth strategies using appropriate metrics to maximize results.
  • Set growth priorities, identify acquisition channels, measure success, and scale growth organically and creatively.
  • Define and deliver channel performance – target campaigns across digital channels with accountability for budgets and ROI.
  • Move quickly – analyze and test new and unconventional ideas with a growth MKG mindset.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to optimize growth strategies and branding alignment, optimizing web analytics to drive better decisions.

 

YOUR PROFILE :

  • ac+5 business school, Digital marketing MBA or Digital reorientation with a scientific background.
  • Advanced digital analytics experience: Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, SEMRush WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio (old Data Studio), Mailchimp, and other digital tools.
  • Experience with creating and executing digital marketing campaigns and delivery reports.
  • Strong project management skills in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven, analytical – comfortable with analyzing large data sets and understanding marketing metrics, KPIs, and acronyms to make data-based decisions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, and willing to learn about our microfluidics community.
