Depending on the type of fluid you want to control in your microfluidic device (liquid or gas), there are two ways to setup your microfluidic flow control system:

Liquid flow control in microfluidic devices:

(examples: droplets generation, cell culture medium renewal)

Step 1: Connect your Elveflow® microfluidic flow control system to an electric source

Step 2: Turn ON your Elveflow® microfluidic flow control system

Step 3: Connect the Elveflow® microfluidic flow control system to a liquid tank with capillary tubing

Step 4: Connect the liquid tank and microfluidic device with a capillary

Step 5: Set pressure using the knob of your Elveflow® microfluidic flow control system

Step 6: Switch ON the outlet valve of the Elveflow® microfluidic flow control system

Turn the button when you want to adjust the pressure in your microfluidic device

Flow control of gas in microfluidic device:

Step 1: Connect your Elveflow® microfluidic flow control system to an electric source

Step 2: Turn ON your Elveflow® microfluidic flow control system

Step 3: Connect the Elveflow® microfluidic flow control system and microfluidic device with capillaries*

Step 4: Set pressure using the knob of your Elveflow® microfluidic flow control system
