After Sales Procedure
Selling products worldwide from our Paris location allows our team to provide customers with best services and advises.
- One of our engineers will assist you by phone, skype or teamviewer in order to establish a diagnostic.
Most of the time the issue users are experiencing are fixed at this stage.
If the hardware need to be fixed by our engineer we will organize the shipping back and forth to our Paris location via UPS express and will ship you a substitution device in the meantime.
- We perform the fixing within one day in order to not stop you during your experiment.
- We ship to you the repaired device the day after.
Customers’ satisfaction is pretty important for us. That is why we always do our best to not stop your experiment. The whole process including shipping back and forth usually takes one week.
