After Sales Procedure

Selling products worldwide from our Paris location allows our team to provide customers with best services and advises.

The technology used to perform piezoelectric regulation is pretty robust and already proved itself the aeronautic.
Because the 0 risk does not exist, if there is any trouble shooting the procedure is the following:
  • One of our engineers will assist you by phone, skype or teamviewer in order to establish a diagnostic.

Most of the time the issue users are experiencing are fixed at this stage.

If the hardware need to be fixed by our engineer we will organize the shipping back and forth to our Paris location via UPS express and will ship you a substitution device in the meantime.

  • We perform the fixing within one day in order to not stop you during your experiment.
  • We ship to you the repaired device the day after.
After Sales cost are handled by Elveflow if your devices is covered by warranty. If the device is no longer covered by the warranty we will give you a ballpark estimation of cost of repairs at diagnosis stage.

Customers’ satisfaction is pretty important for us. That is why we always do our best to not stop your experiment. The whole process including shipping back and forth usually takes one week.
